Linear Flow Meter Filler

The LFM series of filling machines are Inline intermittent machines equipped with flow meter technology (volumetric measuring principle). For the liquids that are conducive Magnetic Flow Meters are used for each nozzle. For liquids that non-conducive Mass Flow Meters for each nozzle.


Both the Magnetic and Mass Flow Meters are used for measuring the liquid with recipe-based control system (from HMI) for accurate and repeatable filling of both large and small volumes.

Features

  • Various model ranging from 5 nozzles to 14 nozzles in a single frame.
  • Supplied with a gravity or pressurized tank and volumetric or centrifugal pump with VFD control.
  • Machines are equipped with Servo controls for Timing screw for bottle transfer & for Nozzle Up-Down movement
  • For foamy liquids Dive In nozzles (bottom filling) with servo control is provided.
  • The machine is designed considering CIP operation to be carried out from HMI.
  • The machine control is by state-of-the-art HMI with internal diagnostic & fault-finding procedures including a remote service link via Ethernet / GSM modem.
  • Machines are designed to cater for handling various liquid range in a single machine and production speeds up to 150 bpm.
  • For lower speeds it is also possible to have a Monobloc Execution of the Filler equipped with a single Head Capper.
  • Possibility to reject for over fill and under fill bottles into a reject accumulation conveyor.
