A turntable wrapping machine is a type of pallet wrapping equipment that uses a rotating platform (turntable) to secure loads with stretch film. This system ensures that products are tightly wrapped, minimizing movement during transit and protecting them from dust, moisture, and damage.

EASY ROUND is a fully automatic turntable wrapping machine for stretch wrapping palletised loads.

The pallet is wrapped as the turntable rotates, thanks to a system with a toothed thrust bearing and a gear motor controlled by an inverter.

EASY ROUND is a plug-and-play machine which is easy to install and suitable for customers with a limited footprint. It can be configured in-line or with a 90° rotation at the end of the line. Available with rollers or chains.

Also available the modelEASY ROUND TS, fully automatic rotating arm wrapping machine with integrated top sheet applicator. The TS integrated device covers the top of the palletised load with a polyethylene film and is ideal for protecting it against water and dust.

Key Features of Clearpack Turntable Wrapping Machines

• Motorised pre-stretch carriage (model MS-Pro) controlled by an inverter, with pre-stretch with fixed interchangeable ratios. The speed with which the film unwinds is controlled by a sensor which constantly adjusts the motor speed to ensure the pressure exerted on the film is the same over the whole perimeter of the load. The force exerted by the film on the product is electronically controlled and adjusted from the electrical control panel.
• Cutting and welding unit which cuts and welds the stretch film after wrapping. This prevents loose film tails which could cause load stability problems during transportation. This clamping system can be used with any kind of load; the welding unit never meets the product as it operates against a contrast bar that is then folded away.
