Clearpack offers machines to fill liquid products regardless of product foaminess or viscosity suitable for wide range of Home Care and Personal care applications along with capping of almost any kind of closure (Trigger Pumps, Dosing Pumps, Screw-on, Snap-on, Oriented Caps, etc.)  for a wide range of filling and capping applications on a rotary machine base.

A Capping machine can be integrated in the same machine base on a Monoblock basis configuration to control the whole filling and capping operation

Designed for home care and personal care industry, cappers can work either with Trigger Sprayers, Dosing Pumps, Caps with dip tube or Regular Caps with just a quick change over. These machines can be equipped with the most advanced quality control systems such as Vision Systems, Cameras, Servomotors for torque control or cap Orientation, Electronic ServoCam, etc.

The same Capping Machine can handle any kind of closure with just a quick and easy change over operation: Trigger Pumps, Dosing Pumps and Finger Pumps, Regular Caps and Caps with Dip Tube.

Advanced Dip Tube centering/guiding mechanism allows to inserting long thin dip tubes (even though badly distorted or curved) with reliability. The Dip Tube is controlled during the whole operation starting just below the Pump collar till the bottom end.
