Net weight Rotary Filling Machine

Netfill range of electronic Net- weight Filling Technology guarantees accurate filling and offers one of the best product yields amongst the filling techniques available. It is the result of more than 20 + years of clearpack experience in filling various kinds of liquid and semi liquid products. Each filling valve (Hygienic type) is equipped with individual load cells and filling controller that achieves accurate filling by auto correct function that is applied for on each rotation on each filling wall. The machine is equipped with fully automatic CIP comprising of drain, flush, rinse function with dedicated walls for cleaning liquid and automatic insertion of drain pan.

Suitable for filling Edible Oil, Lube Oil, Agrochemicals & Paints, Personal Care & Home Care Liquids & Pharmaceuticals, Dairy (milk filling)

Features

  • Each nozzle is equipped with IP68 load cells and controllers from HBK.
  • No proprietary parts used.
  • Contactless hygienic Filling with suction.
  • N2 Gas Purging through Individual 
  • Nozzle Multi Finger Reject for rejecting out of fill tolerance bottles or bottle without cap or bottles without cap wad (Foil). 
  • Provision to integrate Gas/Liquid N2 Doser 
  • Self-Draining Tank equipped with CIP options- normal/ hot water, chemical solution, steam. 
  • Self-gravity tank or tank with Overpressure available for various liquids. 
  • Parts in contact with product are made of SS316
